By purchasing QR codes from our website,
"Dynamicqrcodes.com.au" (au), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These terms are in place to ensure a safe, legal, and respectful use of our products.
Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account and legal action if necessary.
Cancel Anytime Policy:
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation, your QR code will be deactivated, and you will no longer have access to any associated services or data.
For your protection and privacy, no data will be retained by Dynamic QR Codes Pty Ltd once membership has been canceled.
Pausing Subscription:
You can pause your subscription anytime by logging into your dashboard and selecting the easily locatable options.
No further payments will be processed until you choose to reactivate your subscription.
Your link will stay active until the end of the current month, after which it will redirect to the Dynamic QR Codes website.
Payments will only resume once you lift the pause, at which point your stored links will be reactivated, and you’ll regain full access to your account.
Prohibited Content / Offensive material:
QR codes must not be used to link to, display, or facilitate any of the following types of content:
- Offensive, discriminatory, or hate speech
- Pornographic material
- Child abuse material,
- Animal abuse material,
- Violence or content that depicts, insinuates or incites violence or abuse.
- Any criminal activity.
- Illegal sales of any kind.
- Any material specifically designed to harm/abuse any persons or animals.
Sale of Illegal Items:
QR codes must not be used to facilitate the sale of illegal items or services which would be considered unlawful by the country in which the QR code is used or otherwise in any way breaches these terms and conditions.
Malicious Programming:
QR codes must not link to websites or files that contain viruses, malware, or any form of malicious programming.
Dangerous Links:
QR codes must not link to any material that is harmful, dangerous, or intended to cause harm to individuals or property.
No On Selling:
QR codes purchased from our website cannot be resold/onsold. You are solely responsible for the use and content associated with the QR code you purchase.
Digital Tampering/Altering:
Any form of digital tampering, altering, or unauthorized modification of QR codes is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation.
No Defacing Property:
QR codes must not be used in any manner that defaces public or private property. You must have permission to place QR codes in any location.
Permission for Use:
You must have explicit permission, from the owner/person(s) responsible for the area where you intend to place QR codes.
Unauthorized placement is prohibited.
Prohibited Use:
QR codes must not be used in any way that can cause harm or detriment to individuals, businesses, animals, or property.
Intellectual Property:
By using our QR codes, you agree not to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others including Dynamic QR Codes Pty Ltd. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any content linked to by the QR code.
Failure to Renew:
Customers are required to renew their QR code subscriptions before the expiration date to maintain uninterrupted service. Failure to renew will lead to the deactivation of the QR code.
Reminder emails are automatically sent prior to monthly subscription renewal, and this feature is enabled by default. Users can toggle this setting on or off via their dashboard.
Subscription Fee:
Payments will be automatically debited from your nominated account monthly. If a payment fails, your account will be suspended, and the QR code will redirect to the Dynamic QR Codes website. Once payment is successfully processed, all links will be restored to their previous settings.
Enforcement and Termination:
We reserve the right to enforce these terms and conditions through suspension or termination of your account as well as, removal of offending content, reporting and possible legal action.
We reserve the right to limit scan usage for excessive and/or abnormal scans.
Summary:
By purchasing and using our QR codes, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and understand that any violation may result in the termination of your rights to use our products which will deactivate your QR codes
